Solo project. Responsible for all aspects of production, from concept development to post-production. Based on a poem written by my grandmother, YAYA is a reflective and intimate short film that gives voice to the quiet strength of aging. With tenderness, the film explores themes of gratitude, acceptance, and the relentless passage of time. It is a celebration of a life well-lived, of love, family, and resilience; and a gentle reminder that the pursuit of dreams should never wait.
